Your details, plainly.

When you request a pilot, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, work email and company
• how many units you manage and the software you use today
• your answer to “What eats most of your week?”, if you give one

We also record the submission time, your browser's user agent and the country reported by Cloudflare to help operate the form. We do not save your IP address with the request.

To set up your pilot and to reply to you. Nothing else.

On Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the database the form writes to.

Only the Lintel team. We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.

The demo uses fictional tenants, properties and vendors. A necessary session cookie keeps your tour separate from other visitors. It expires after 24 hours; inactive tour data is scheduled for deletion after about 24 hours.

The tour is for sample data. Please do not enter real tenant details or other sensitive information. Demo actions do not send real texts or emails.

Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our application does not store your IP address with a pilot request.

This site has no advertising trackers and no third-party tracking scripts.
